Dr. Amy Sams

Hi, I’m Dr. Amy Sams, the founder and CEO of Reset Development & Consulting. I partner with individuals, teams, and organizational leaders to revitalize culture through strategic professional development, intentional teambuilding, and motivational speaking. As a former teacher, principal, curriculum writer, nonprofit manager, and executive leader, I have spent my career driving educational and organizational excellence at local, national, and international levels. Having also served as the Honorary Mayor of Riverview from 2024–2026, I deeply understand the power of networking and stakeholder engagement. I look forward to helping you and your team hit the pause button, realign, and restart with fresh energy.
